Introducing Peace & Prana
With a fitness background in high impact competitive sports, including CrossFit, MetaFit, and HIIT interval training, 3 years ago I found myself with a life changing injury following a serious accident, that left me unable to walk for over six months. Recovery was uncertain, with doubts surrounding whether I would regain full use of the affected limb. However, at 11 months into my rehabilitation journey, I discovered yoga a practice that has since become instrumental in my physical and mental recovery.

Promoting Equality, Diversity
and Inclusivity
Yoga not only played a pivotal role in rebuilding strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance but also profoundly reshaped my perspective on inclusivity in yoga practice. As a disabled individual, my experience navigating the often exclusive and able bodied focused environments of Western yoga opened my eyes to the significant challenges faced by less able bodied individuals. This realisation became the driving force behind Peace & Prana a yoga initiative rooted in the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusivity.

Our mission is to ensure that yoga truly reflects its foundational philosophy: a practice that unites people of all abilities, backgrounds, and experiences in a shared journey of growth and wellbeing.
